What does a one-to-one coaching session involve?
The process
We will get together for a 60-minute of online face-to-face coaching session.
We will meet and greet, where you can tell me your story and what’s happening for you. Together we will work out what is not currently working for you and what you would like to work on in your Fathering journey.
The information you give about your situation will guide us to identify goals to promote positive changes moving forward.
Action planning will be the method we will use to agree on any steps that need to be taken for you to reach your goals. We will review the progress of the actions and goals in each following session.
Through these one-to-one sessions, I will teach you how to tap into a more conscious and connected parenting style.
I will help you to gain insight into your own emotional self-regulation which will support you in reducing potential triggers for frustrations and conflict.
You will learn how to be the father you want to be and a father who has the best interests of his child at the forefront.
